Team Supreme

Before Supreme Protein® became the runaway sales leader in the protein/energy bar retail marketplace that it is today, it had already emerged as the #1 choice for serious athletes who demand nothing less than ultra-premium nutrition from every calorie they consume. These athletes formed the core of Supreme Protein®'s original customer base, and most (if not all) of them simply refuse to eat any other bar. Below you can find brief bios on the members of the ever-growing "Team Supreme," plus their thoughts on their favorite premium-protein-packed snack.

After a breakout 2005 season where he hit 21 homers and 81 RBIs for AA Tennessee, Uggla was acquired in the Rule 5 draft by the Florida Marlins. He started the 2006 season as the team's starting second baseman, and did not disappoint. He slugged 27 homers and 90 RBIs while scoring 105 runs and batting .297 for the Marlins. His outstanding play earned him a spot on the All Star team as a rookie, and he placed third in Rookie of the Year voting. His home run total was 2nd and his RBI total was 3rd among all second basemen in the major leagues. In 2007, Uggla proved he was no fluke by improving his homerun total to 31 while driving in 88 runs. He also scored 113 runs, the fifth highest total in baseball and hit 49 doubles, the second most in the major leagues. Uggla will again be the Marlins' everyday second baseman, and looks forward to another all-star caliber season in 2008.

Jory Malone
malone "The key factors that influenced me to use the Supreme Protein® Bar are: it tastes great, it's convenient, and it packs in the protein. The Supreme Protein® Bar doesn't taste like a protein bar, and it doesn't taste like a candy bar: It tastes better! Being a competitive athlete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I do multiple training sessions per day that include training at my own gym, outdoors, and with my partner at his gym. The Supreme Protein® Bar is easy to pack in my bag and it supplies me with the protein I need to recover between sessions on the go. The Supreme Protein® Bar also solved a lot of my initial concerns about maintaining a diet while traveling across the US for competitions. This year I traveled to the Pan American Championships in Los Angeles, California. Maintaining my diet and energy while traveling was my number 1 concern. The Supreme Protein® Bar met my nutritional requirements and gave me the energy needed to pull out the win. Now, it's the first thing I drop in my bag before heading on the plane or on the road. "
